 SIMS
Medical Center™ is an established facility that allows for state of the art
simulated patients to be evaluated by a health care team, have tests performed, be admitted, cared for, and
discharged just as happens in area medical facilities.
SIMS Medical Center™ patients have heart, lung and bowel sounds. They have
pulses, you can draw "blood," start an IV, administer drugs, perform CPR and much
more. SIMS Medical patients do not hesitate to tell you what they think
either. Just like real patients, they have their own personalities and
tolerance for medical procedures. Our Berkshire Bank Critical Care patients react to drugs the
same as a real patient. As technology progresses we will expect SIMS Medical
Center™ patients
