Deep Tissue therapy employs specific therapeutic massage strokes that focus on deeper layers of muscle, fascia and tendons.  The focus of a deep tissue treatment is to relieve deep chronically held tension and pain in the soft tissues, mobilize scar tissue & adhesed tissue to promote healthy movement and increase flexibility and health of tendons.
