The regional therapeutic massage
treatment focuses on the client's goal to reduce pain and discomfort in particular areas
of the body. The student therapist will blend a variety of therapeutic soft tissue
techniques to promote healing of soft tissue dysfunction, to relieve the effects of
conditions such as headaches, neck pain, the effects of whiplash injury, rotator cuff
problems, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic back pain, knee injury, and a
variety of other conditions. The treatment lasts about thirty (30) minutes.
The client is draped for modesty and comfort. |
